1. I want a membership but don't know how.
Very simple. Click the join button of your choice and become a member. You will be redirected to the pages of our billing agents. Follow their instructions to the letter and you'll be ready to enjoy the full benefits of the site. You will be asked to put in your email adress, USE the correct adress for your own benefit, not only will you get a email receipt, it can also be usefull if you loose or can't remember your password.
We never give out or sell email adresses. USE the correct email adress !
We have several different billing agents.
Every billing agent will have a different descriptor on your credit card receipt.
Make sure to save your signup emails, you will need them when you want to cancel.
2. I don't want to be rebilled / Cancellations / Updates :
No problem, read this...
The credit card subscriptions all billing agents are recurring subscriptions, you will be rebilled every month. Until YOU cancel.If you don't want to be rebilled, you have to cancel your subscription.

You, yourself are responsible for your own cancellation.
Note : 3 month subscriptions don't rebill, they are One Time subscriptions only and will expire by themselves.

Include subscription ID, or Username and Password and the billing company you used when you joined. Also, include the ORIGINAL email adress used when you joined, otherwise your cancellation request will NOT be processed.
In other words, a message stating, "I am Billy Bob, cancel me" will NOT cancel your subscription. Include as much information as you can.
Keep in mind that if you write us, we will take a minimum of 5 business days check upon and cancel your account.
To expedite, include your original confirmation email
When you cancel your account will stay valid until expiration day.
One word about updates :
We don't pledge to have daily, weekly updates, but we will update and add to the site as much as we can. HOWEVER....... We only update if and when there is something we feel worth updating. So, be warned, we only update when a we have something good to show you. We take pride in making our own stuff, realise that that takes time, money and dedication. We refuse to be a copy from all the other sites out there and will provide you with our own original content. Sometimes, if we did not get the chance to get out and shoot ourselves we will licence pictures from other producers, but be assured that at least 90% of the site contents is our own exclusive stuff. If you don't like this policy, well, don't join or cancel your account.
3. I tried to sign up but my card is declined :
We are very sorry about that, but there's really nothing we can do about that. there can be a zillion reasons why a card gets declined. If you have questions as to why your card got declined, contact the billing company you attempted to use.
4. The Real Media or WMV Video clips won't play at my computer :
All clips are tested on several Windows and MAC computers using the Real Media G2 player, and the Real Media basic player version 8. Since they work here we can easaly assume that there's nothing wrong with the clips but that you have some kind of local problem. As you understand, we have no ways to solve your local problems. If you need some kind of technical support we advise you to go to the Real Media site This is also the link to use if you want to update or upgrade your Real Media player.
One word on Real Media. The clips on the site are served to you as files with a .ram extension. This means that the clips are downloaded in a temp folder on your computer, and that the player spawns itself when the clip is loaded completely into your computer. If you want to save this file, we strongly advise you to go to that temp folder and save it into a different location since temp folders may get erased when you shut down your computer. Real Player 8 also has a preference setting that will allow you to save the clip into a different location then your temp folder.
Another tip. If you have several different players installed on your computer, make sure that they only play the files that they were intended to. Most players want to be the default player for everything, and that is why things go wrong most of the times. So....Real Media should only play Real Media, WMV should only be played with Windows Media Player and QuickTime should only be played with the QuickTime player. Check your settings.

5. Forgotten Passwords :
That sometimes happens. Go to the billing companie you used when you joined and retrieve your password.
6. Some things you need to know :
A : All files are copyrighted by Unlimited Desires, they may NOT be used on other websites unless written permission is issued to you. Even when a clip is published in a newsgroup, this does not mean that it is public domain.
If you want a clip or more clips for your website, talk to us, we are always ready to make somekind of a deal.
B : No, we will not send you our models :)
C : Anymore questions or remarks will certainly be answered by us, if they make sence and don't spoil our valuable time but understand that we cannot solve your local computer problems.
D : Don't know if you noticed, but this basically a NO Bullshit site, this what we are, this is what we do, clear instructions and notices of what you will get for your hard earned money. we would like to keep it that way.
E : Note that your subscription pays for the servers, bandwidth. We also support the girls who are doing this for you. We are a company of dedicated people doing what they like and provide you with the material we shoot on our own adventures.
